While the majority of commercial transportation cases settle before a trial is conducted, we at Baum, Hedlund, Aristei & Goldman always prepare each one of our cases as if it were going to trial.

This has a great impact on the behavior of the defendants in settlement negotiations and trial.

Collectively, our attorneys, in their careers thus far, have conducted trials in more than 200 cases, including aviation disasters, truck accidents, pharmaceutical drug injuries and product liability.

Some clients prefer to have their case resolved before trial while others desire to see their case result in a trial. Regardless of the final outcome, we do what is in the best interests of our clients.
